Welcome to Brook House Junior School!

Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Brook House Junior School. I hope this website proves to be helpful and informative. If you are visiting this website for the first time I hope that you find it gives you a feel for the vibrant and exciting school we believe Brook House Junior School to be.

Our school provides the children with a broad and balanced curriculum which is supplemented by many additional activities including opportunites to play a musical instrument, sports teams, a range of clubs on offer, residential visits from Year 5 and opportunities for every child to perform in drama productions every year.

The school aims to develop the whole child within an environment which is caring, calm, purposeful and happy and one which respects others and recognises individual needs.

If you would like to visit our school please don't hesitate to contact us to make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.

Y3 visit Weston Park

Our Year 3 children took a tram ride to Weston Park Museum as part of their Egyptian topic.

Here they learnt how to embalm and make a mummy just like the Ancient Egyptians.

See further details on our Year 3 Yeargroup page.

Young Voices

Our school secured a place for a school choir at the Young Voices concert at Sheffield Arena in January.

This was an amazing opportunity for our children to perform to a full arena audience of thousands and take part in a children's choir containing approximately 6000.
